BACKGROUND
After completing a degree in translation in 2017, I spent a year getting a certificate of interpretation in the American University of Armenia. In parallel, I started to test out the waters as a translator working as a specialist of foreign affairs in the international department of a medical company. Later, I mastered administrative work, supporting the marketing team, writing content and translating the materials landed me by the position at Tiger Group LLC.
After the birth of my daughter in 2019, I went back to freelancing with more experience. I have stayed here ever since as neither there was room for full-time nor did I need it! This was the most important part of my career growth as I not only gained lots of clients, but also I went deep into interpreting and content writing services.
So, it’s been over five years of hits and misses, lessons learned, new chances and new friends.
